Privacy Policy — GPS Map Camera

Magic Makers (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the mobile application GPS Map Camera - Photo Stamp (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, how it is shared, and the rights you have. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

01 Scope & Audience

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over, worldwide. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

02 Information We Access & Why

Data processed on your device

Photos, videos, location coordinates, and stamp data captured with the App are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your photos, videos, or location history to our servers.

Microphone	Recording audio while capturing videos with the in-app camera.
Precise & Approximate Location	Determining coordinates, address, altitude, and map preview embedded in the photo stamp.
Photos, Media & Files	Saving stamped photos/videos to your device and, when you choose, reading existing images to re-stamp them.
Notifications	Showing save-completed notifications and optional product updates.

Data collected by third-party SDKs

The App integrates the third-party Software Development Kits (“SDKs”) listed in Section 4. Those SDKs may collect the following, governed by their own privacy policies:

Device identifiers (Android Advertising ID, Firebase Installation ID, OneSignal subscription ID)
Device & technical data (model, OS version, language, country, network type, crash logs, app version)
App interaction events (screens opened, buttons tapped, sessions, feature usage)
Coarse IP-derived location
Purchase receipts (for in-app purchases made via Google Play Billing)

03 How We Use Information

To provide the App’s core feature of geo-stamping photos and videos.
To display maps, calculate addresses from coordinates, and show weather details on the stamp.
To serve ads (including personalized ads where permitted) so the App can remain free.
To measure app performance, detect crashes, and improve stability.
To understand feature usage so we can prioritise improvements.
To send optional push notifications about new features or updates.
To process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

05 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only:

With the third-party SDK providers listed in Section 4, strictly for the purposes described above;
When required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process;
To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others;
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to users.

06 Data Retention

On-device data (photos, videos, saved stamps) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Analytics & crash data is retained by the relevant provider for the period defined in their policy (typically up to 14 months for Firebase Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics).
Advertising identifiers persist until you reset them in Android Settings.

07 Your Rights & Choices

Permissions: You can revoke Camera, Location, Microphone, Notification, and Storage permissions at any time from Android Settings. The App will continue to work for features that do not require the revoked permission.
Advertising ID: Reset or delete from Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Push notifications: Disable from Android Settings or inside the App.
Access, correction, deletion: Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of any information associated with your device identifiers.
GDPR (EEA/UK users): You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal basis is (a) your consent for advertising/analytics collected through the Google UMP consent dialog, and (b) our legitimate interest in running and improving the App.
CCPA/CPRA (California users): You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

08 Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information processed through the App, including HTTPS for network calls made by the SDKs. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

09 International Transfers

The third-party providers listed above may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the App you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) put in place by those providers.

10 Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us so we can delete it.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be notified through the App or the Play Store listing.
